The impetus behind PsychThink was the desire to increase awareness of psychological issues and resources; and to ensure the accurate portrayal and representation of mental health in television, radio, and print publication. PsychThink possesses over 20 years experience with psychological issues related to individual psychology and group functioning, as well as the hidden complexities related to those issues.
Kimberly L. Hagen, MFT, Ph.D.
Tiffany Herbert, Ph.D.
Dr. Hagen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University Dominguez Hills. Following the completion of her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy with an emphasis on multicultural issues and treatment, she obtained her Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles where she specialized in individual and systemic psychology.
Dr. Hagen's postdoctoral undertakings include: clinical training, program development, continuing education/training, and organizational consultation. She has over 17 years of experience treating adults, children and adolescents, inpatient and outpatient services, community support, television programming, and advertisement consulting. She divides her time between her offices in Beverly Hills and El Segundo, California.
Dr. Herbert graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University. She completed her Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosphy in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles where she specialized in multicultural and community psychology.
Dr. Herbert has extensive experience in program evaluation and devlopment, and she has created data analysis systems for data collection and review for continuity of care and psychological outcomes for several large non-profit organizations. She has also served as an organizational advisor in issues related to employee development and management.
In addition to her consulting expertise, Dr. Herbert has facilitated diversity workshops with a focus on maximizing effective communication and conflict resolution. Her work also includes psychotherapy with individuals, couples, and families.
